Just like our grape vines, weeds love the fertile soil and water of our vineyards. Left alone, they would squeeze the life out of our vines, stealing their nutrients, moisture, and sunlight.

To prevent that, we do controlled spraying of herbicides that meet all requirements for organic approval.

In addition, we use an approved flame apparatus that allows controlled burning of unwanted weeds.
